Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Some collaborative or limited pieces may take a little longer — we’ll say so upfront.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Delays
We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or things outside our control — but if something feels off, reach out and we’ll help however we can.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to sort it out.
